In 2013, my daughter was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. After months of shots and prescription drugs she felt like a lifetime of medication couldn’t be the only answer, so I sought to find alternative medicines. We met with a nutritionist who changed her diet and lifestyle to help bring her body into remission. After only a few weeks of change we saw incredible results. I took this journey with her because I couldn’t let her do it alone. I created plant based dishes and desserts that she and my family enjoyed so much that they convinced me to share them with the world. So after years of perfecting my healthy vegan desserts, we are pleased to share them with you.
